HOW TO MAKE CLOTHES FROM RECYCLED MATERIAL

Used bottles, fishing nets and other recycled material are comminuted and melted. Thin threads are made to create the soft recycled fabric.

Rain pants adjusted to ages

We use suspenders from size 74-104. The pants go further up, so the water do not penetrate under the jacket when small children fall or playing on the slide. The elastic at the waist ensures that the trousers fit perfect to the body.

From size 110-152 our rain pants comes with adjustable elastic at the waist. This type of pant makes the older children more self-reliant, they can easily put on and take off the pants themselves.

Safety is our priority

At Mikk-Line we prioritize the safety of children. All the details on our clothes are well thought.

  • Detachable hood – remove if it gets caught in something.
  • Reflectors – making children easy to see in the dark.
  • Chin protection – an protecting overlay by the top of the zippers.

Washing Tips

  • We recommend that rainwear is only rarely washed, as each wash removes a bit of the waterproof surface treatment.
  • Use special washing powder for outerwear or leave it out completely. Never use fabric softener.
  • Usually it is enough to shake / brush off the dry dirt / mud or wipe off the worst with a wet cloth.
  • Close the zipper before washing.
